Enabled: True. ## Scope and limitations Only public HTTP(S) targets, ports 80/443. Private, loopback, link-local, CGNAT and metadata networks are blocked, including redirects and browser subrequests. No login/form automation or customer-supplied JavaScript. Screenshots expire within 24 hours; evidence IDs are bearer capabilities. PASS/ISSUE/REVIEW describe implemented checks, not legal/compliance guarantees. Broken-link checks are bounded, not a whole-site crawl. Disabled, paused, busy or unconfigured routes reject before payment. Free discovery never executes paid tools, and an unpaid 402 is a quote, not revenue or completed verification.
